Non-refundable and non-transferable event tickets

#### 1. General

1.1. By purchasing a ticket for MOHAMED BASSOU's new show at the Lighthouse Theatre in Camberwell (hereinafter referred to as ‘À TOUTE’), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.2. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

#### 2. Ticket Purchase

2.1. All tickets purchased are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers.

2.2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another person. Any ticket found to have been transferred or resold will be void.

2.3. You can upgrade your tickets but we can not guarantee you are going to set next to your friends or relatives.

2.4. You can not downgrade your tickets. SORRY.

#### 3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

3.1. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.

3.2. If the Event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option to attend the rescheduled Event or receive a refund.

3.3. The bank provider charges is not refundable whatever the outcome.

#### 4. Entry to the Event

4.1. Entry to the Event requires a valid ticket and an proof ID. Attendees must present their ticket at the entrance for verification.

4.2. The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder without a valid ticket or those who fail to comply with the Event's rules and regulations.

4.3. A valid Photo ID may be requested (students id or Passport or National id)

4.4. Mohamed Bassou show is family friendly, children 12 years+ are welcome to the event. (but no discount applied to their tickets)

4.5. No Alcohol, No Drugs, No Vape ,No shisha, No Smoke

4.6. No Flags allowed in this event

4.7. After the 30-minute window, latecomers may not be allowed entry until an appropriate break or interval, or potentially not at all.

#### 5. Changes to the Event

5.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, venue or timing with prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund automatically. (Conditions of section 3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling will be applied.)

#### 6. Liability
6.1. The Event organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or wellful misconduct.
6.2. Ticket holders attend the Event at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure their personal safety and belongings.

#### 7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal information provided by ticket holders during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Event organizers may use your contact information to inform you about future events or updates related to the Event.

#### 8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards all Event participants, staff, and venue property.
8.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

#### 9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated to ticket holders via email or through the Event's official website.
